Owners and Staff

The owners are the same sincemany years. Mats & Clas Broström accompanied by Leif "Blixten" Henriksson and Peter Yllmark. 

If you wanna meet Clas Broström, the safest bet is to have lunch at Grodan Sergel any Friday. 

Mats Broström och Blixten are easy to find at Grodan Grev Ture weekdays all year around. Blixten is also present every Friday night for his customary "show" for the regulars since 20 years.

Mats is also working at Grodan Grev Ture and when he is not there is is now often spotted on tv in association with the Swedish national team in soccer where he is responsible for the food. He has also published a cook book with all of the players favourite dishes as well as classics from Grodan.

The head chef at Grodan Sergel is Dick Broström och his second is Tomas Lidman.

In the dining room all the service staff and managers are more than happy to help make the visit a success.
